A Message from the President:
"There are numerous recruitment agencies out there to choose from. Big, small, in-between. It can get hard to tell them apart. The basic service is the same everywhere, no matter how agencies try to display their uniqueness.
We feel we can compete extremely well on price and guarantee. However, Our real strength is in experience. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and doing it successfully for all concerned. We’re not trying to grow the business big. We’re not really even trying to grow it at all, though we welcome new clients, and we might take a long look at hiring a very experienced recruiter. The majority of agencies, especially the larger firms, are trying to grow, and grow big. They hire inexperienced or semi-experienced staff.
These are the people who do the legwork for their agencies’ clients. They talk with lots of candidates, they send lots of resumes. They often don’t have a ‘feel’ for the work. They may hit the target eventually. Or they may not. We speak with candidates, and then we send a very select few resumes to our clients. Three at most. And one will be the perfect fit. This saves everyone time and money. And this is what makes us stand out.”
